ha. if you're driving recklessly and decide to buckle up just before you hit that 18-wheeler, i'll credit you for the buckling but i'm still going to charge for you for driving recklessly (i can't even imagine her not getting primaried from every possible direction)

It's the law. It's going to happen. It's a good thing. A couple of months is not going to make a substantive difference on it's effectiveness. It *might* make a difference in suburban votes.
