It's been roughly 30 pounds over 8 months, so about a pound a week. It's definitely a marathon and not a sprint. Stress and restrictive eating habits during the pandemic were about 35 pounds of loss over 2 years (for not the best reasons). So in almost 3 years: 65 pounds. I'm happy with that.
