In a just world prison would be on the table. A worse sentence than 2-3 months of House Arrest (which would be great, miss the RNC) -- would be a 6-12 month social media ban with the threat of prison should he violate it. Neither seem particularly likely but there's a non-zero chance, at least.

Surely the serial violations of his gag order since the trial will help him! That Merchan hasn't made additional contempt charges against Trump for myriad gag order breaches since his 34 felony convictions does *not* bode well for the Felon Melon. I doubt it'll be prison, but house arrest? Maybe.

It's a relatively small victory but it feels big: I was finally able to get rid of the pool table that came with the new house, after almost 6 months here. With it gone I can finally finish unpacking the basement and getting art on the walls to finish the last room to be set. Almost there!

It's been roughly 30 pounds over 8 months, so about a pound a week. It's definitely a marathon and not a sprint. Stress and restrictive eating habits during the pandemic were about 35 pounds of loss over 2 years (for not the best reasons). So in almost 3 years: 65 pounds. I'm happy with that.

I have been mum on my efforts to #LoseWeight which have been ongoing since last July.
I started tracking a few things daily starting last November and that's helped keep me on track.
I'm below 200 pounds for the 1st time since November 2010.
