Those numbers are due largely to composition effects. Wage "growth" was incredible in 2020 because millions of service workers lost their job, not because anyone made more money. Unless you are pining for the lockdowns, it makes no sense.

It's because they did not plan to keep using them. It was three steps - sell the land, withdraw the money, then the company goes bankrupt. The private equity gets the sale proceeds but the company pays the lease.

I see no connection to Biden at all. Biden does not support the Kahanists as Trump supported the statue protest (the feeling is mutual) and I don't think you'll find any Biden supporter saying that Trumpists are okay attacking anyone.
