Another nice thing... The encounter balance mechanics in PF2 actually work pretty damn well compared to 5e's "lol CR is largely meaningless above level 5" So it is actually pretty easy to adapt a D&D module to PF2 if you would prefer to use the other setting.

I've been experimenting with that just recently. I have a homebrew campaign that was originally written for 5e and I've been converting it to PF2. It's been surprisingly easy.
