Wow, Dead Rising is getting a remake. That game has a lot of underappreciated and brilliant design, so I hope they don't screw with it too much. Definitely don't touch the time limit. The community-updated port of Marathon was just added to Steam, with the sequels coming soon. I highly recommend the whole series if you're a fan of sci-fi, classic shooters, and nontraditional narrative. It eschews genre standards in a way that feels modern, while being more than 20 years old.

Tried out Dragon's Dogma 2, had the same experience as everyone else it seems. Started it up, reduced resolution from 4k, reduced resolution from 1440p, set to lowest graphics, high CPU priority, and wildly swung from 20 to 40 fps I can run 4make at 4k 60fps ??? What happened here Capcom

Dragon's Dogma might have the biggest heel-face turn I've ever seen in a game It's a half-baked bland fantasy thing for 95% of your playthrough, then you get the end and it's like PSYCH and suddenly the action mechanics open up, the lore gets interesting, and the postgame is huge Weird. But nice.
