yes. differences are not always disagreements. we can all have different routes on going from one place to the next, but those arent disagreements until you place restrictions to it: shortest route, quickest route, best, etc. otherwise, it's just one's preference on something.

I suppose it depends on how one voices said opinion. "My favourite pizza topping is pineapple" and "Pineapple is the best pizza topping" are both opinions, but one is a statement of preference, and one is a factual claim. One can be disagreed with, the other can not.
