(2/3) I was raised in a family of engineers. I'm not an engineer, myself, because it was determined through testing at a young age that my talents are much more right-brain oriented (writing, illustration, photography, creative thinking). You might say I'm kinda the chartreuse sheep of my family...

(3/3) But from the time I was about 7 y/o, my engineer dad and his brothers would take the time to teach me why things in the natural world behave the way they do, and (in very plain language) would teach me the intricacies of critical thinking. For this education I will forever be grateful. 👏💯
