Because I needed another coffee mug… the last time I moved, I found 28 mugs when I packed up my kitchen. The kitchen of an apartment where I lived alone and rarely had guests. Donated the majority to Goodwill before I moved.

Just got home and as soon as I’d shut off the engine… remembered I had girls’ night plans with my sister and her friends… in the town where the dentist was… which is where she lives. 🤦‍♀️ I don’t have enough spoons to drive back again tonight. I sent her an apology text.

Drove two towns over (where I used to live) for a dental appointment for impressions for my implant crown. Treating myself to lunch at my favorite Chinese place there. Called my order in ahead and sat down just in time for the national anthems of the Britain vs Netherlands match. Absolute delight!!

I’m talking about a movie or show I love and someone hasn’t seen it, I try to be encouraging and say I hope they enjoy it if they get the opportunity to see it. Nothing turns me off of trying something new faster than someone mocking me for my inexperience.

This is my worst flare since the months following knee surgery two years ago (wasn’t walking evenly). The last round of steroid shots in my right food (maybe 14 months ago) did nothing (each shot prior afforded excellent relief after the first two days of escalated pain following the shot).

one pair is cheaper than a podiatry or sports medicine visit (new insurance and I haven’t met my deductible yet) also bought a pair of the Hoka Ora recovery slides and omfg it’s like walking on a cloud (with arch support!!)
