Out here they're almost guaranteed to be days old, and like a boxed stroopwafel, are more a chewy mush than what a fresh one should be. Then they always want to have flavors like seaweed, teas without bergamot, extra salty caramel, etc. Often $2-3+ each. They're sadly a hipster trap in the US. :/

Well, taxidermy and dead stuff go hand in hand. Also, from experience with the ad subject, the more "mystery box" it looks, the more people notice. Taking limbs to the grossing room, just slip the specimens in a boring blue plastic storage bin as "oh maintenance/admin stuff". Nobody notices. >:3c

I still applaud the HEB management meeting with Chinese businesses to see how they handled the illness, and listening. They put out signs with which essentials were in vs out of stock to lower store traffic and keep customers safe.

They'd make a circle with thumb and forefinger, and if you look at it, they smack you on the arm. It was along the lines of slapjack, wallball/ButtsUp, and pencil break. Weird things kids did that somehow spread all over the place.
