I'm also struck by how few sci fi texs seriously fit climate change into their future settings. There are standouts but overall it doesn't come up as often as you'd expect

Good ep. I wish that instead of cars being EVs, the focus was on mobility being provided by transit. E.g., the thoughtful, proficient, and non-materialistic protagonist of the Equalizer uses a bus in a key action scene where driving himself wouldn't have worked.
