The Koch Court strikes again. Citizens have no right to clean water and air! We are fools for tolerating this crap.

Well, this just cements the idea that elektions have konsequences. How many Black and Brown people will vote for Trump knowing the type of judges that he'll replace Alito and that koon Thomas with? This decision will bode badly for minorities that live in areas where fossil fuels are processed

John Roberts, Chief Corporate Prostitute of the Supreme Court. Or has his whore ass names it, just "an umpire calling balls and strikes." I'd expect this sort of shit from Alito or Thomas but I thought Roberts actually gave a shit about stare decisis with such an established and uncontroversial case

Karma would ensure that the right wing of SCOTUS suffers a miserable slow death from a disease they could have prevented.

The Supreme Court wants the expendables to die faster so that they themselves can have more of the dwindling resources when the climate has collapsed because of their ruling(s).

“Here’s what to know about…” and “Here’s all you need to know about…” are so very tiresome. Same with section headings. If I wanted an elementary school textbook, I wouldn’t subscribe to a Pulitzer winning newspaper.

yeehaw! now judges will determine whether our children can be poisoned or life on this planet can be sustained. wow, that was a close one too - i thought we'd be stuck with experts and their data making such decisions.

And they made bribery easier the other day! I guess they were jealous of Congress's insider trading abilities.
