It will always baffle me how we as a society have just let scammers ruin so many parts of our daily lives. We cannot take phone calls anymore, emails and texts are flooded with scams, and social media directs you to scam sites for everything from forever stamps to kids toys.

If KBJ or Kagan or Sotomayor wanted to point out in a dissenting or concurring opinion in this case that Justice Thomas's participation is a conflict of interest and thus very corrupt, they actually could write that in their opinion. No one could stop them. Not doing so is a choice.
