I see what they're saying, but them resigning won't do anything and they're pretty good judges in their own right. If they resign, then what? Leave 3 seats open and the fascists go hog wild? Try to fill them and have THAT shitshow during the election?

You're not wrong I'll just say the hogs are already going wild and Biden and the Democratic leadership seem disinterested in corralling them. I'm not saying it would help or not even hurt just that they're a part of it in the history and other books.
