The fact that homelessness services exist in the Columbus Department of Development really speaks for itself. But this is a perfect storm of problems. The city can throw its arms up and be correct, in a sense, because the housing just isn’t there.

Of course that ignores that they have failed for 20 years to implement policy and funding that would create the housing we need
