Seasonal depression mixing with regular depression be fuckin me up bad today tbh. Even if I did go outside in this 100°F+ weather, I'd get eaten up by mosquitoes immediately ;-;

If it helps I like taking an umbrella out on my walks to keep the sun off me, for mosquitos there's really only bug spray. Night walks just don't hit as well.
