It's sadly true compared to current norms but the really sad part is that: * In 1979, CEO pay averaged 33 times that of the median working class wage. In 2021, that number skyrocketed to 399X. * In that time frame, median wages rose < 15% while productivity rose 4.4X. The pay gap is insane.
