Left .art (and Masto in general) over exactly this some month or two ago. I can vouch for it very much still being the case and gods it was annoying.

Completely forgot to post the result of the December poll outside Patreon. Patrons chose ocelot/hyena as a hybrid target (apparently wanting to murder me with spots) and I went with two of them, because why not have fun twice.
Stream picked their names to be Josh and Valerie.

This was such a delight to read! <3
I never gave much thought to the reasons behind the wedding outfit, but this makes such a perfect sense that I consider it canon until ANet says otherwise. And probably after, too.

Sneak peek at the Achilles piece I did as a bit of a self-help against reading a really bad book about the Trojan war. (Yes, it was the famous one.) I would like to thank the author for making me appreciate the Iliad even more.
Full version's up for Early Access to my patrons.

A long, long dragon (well... snake-ish, but still) I designed some 8 years ago. And since it's about to be a year of one, I thought I might as well give him a proper finished picture.

I completely forgot to post my Ifrit shaming when I came back from Pom² last fall.
These were a last-minute braindead idea because I could not sleep the night before the con. I have no idea what possessed me to make these, but I should convince it to do so again, this was fun.

(And yes, this is about as much as you can expect in terms of Guild Wars 2 work going forward. My former stance is still in full effect as explained in this twitter post.)

I still do have it on my bucket list for when I'm done though, as one of very few books these days.

I'm trying to steer clear of queer self-discovery stories until I'm done finalizing my own, because similar or same ideas are bound to happen and my brain acts rather funny over it.
(But by "geography" I meant in out-of-universe terms: last I checked, it was kind of a pain to import here. x))

Last Patreon poll of the year is up, and I thought to make it a bit more special than usual:

It's always about finding the right mix of features that define each species, and then trying to meet some of them in the middle(ish). Skull shapes, hardness or roundness of features or how coat patterns and types are inherited are great indicators.
Like these nanulak siblings for example.

Man, knowing my work inspired something like this is really awesome and humbling at the same time.
(And it will go full circle, because Sterjall is now part of my inspiration folder for composition and flatworks.)
I still need to get my hands on Noss, but fear and geography work against me. 😑

An older sketch from gods know when that I recently found. I forgot I ever drew this, so it's probably form the Dark Times (tm).
I always adored coeurls, even when they handed my ass to me in the Omega Ruins. (Then again, everything did the first time I went into the Omega Ruins.)

Man, and people tell 𝘮𝘦 I go overboard with details. And none of this feels like "my hand is tired, I can just squiggle a house or two, no one will notice" – wherever I look, the thing is full "yup, that is a proper part of the city alright".
Hats off to you, good sir.

I can't believe I made this one 8 years ago already, but... you know what, it's that time of year.
Kids from SF on a Halloween break always make me smile.

This place runs different, it's safe to just say "Patreon".
But word-mangling that artists used to do on Twitter did not work on Twitter, either (if the algorhitm is smart enough to ban "Patreon", it's also smart enough to ban "P@treon" or somesuch; all it did is make search hard for normal people).

Since this got leaked, I might as well share it here as well.
Having spent the past few years trying to force my brain to learn how to draw people and age-of-sail era boats/ships, I... can't really say I am all that great at the former, but I am having quite a lot of fun with the latter.

There was a black chocobo chick in XV, and you could dye your adult birds to various skittles color in both XV and XIV, but there's no magpies (or peregrines or barn owls or anything multicolored) as far as I know.
XV's style is sneaky. Most people at Kupocon thought I'm selling random birds. x)

Yeah, it was apparently a bit of a blast from the past for quite a few people, judging from the tumblr tags. But I very much enjoyed delivering it. x)

A gift of chocobo chicks I made a few years ago for my friend, both for getting me into Final Fantasy XV, and for being generally one of the kindest and most awesome people I know.
And yes, I know we don't have magpie-colored 'bos, but... actually why don't we have magpie-colored 'bos, Square?

Yeesh. I hate to imagine what happens when that person discovers how many gays, dark skinned folk and overweight lovers there are in this one little indie IP called reality.
If it's of any consolation, it must have taken them a lot of digging effort to find that small potato.

And last but not least, but the comic above was created under the patronage of the following generous souls. If you like the result, it's all thanks to them:

Halloween is on in Tyria, so I have a great excuse to post last year's comic here as well.

AI steals my job on one side, scraper bots steal my patreon content on the other, but at least I can still take pride in doing what a machine can't: I know how hands work, and I love drawing them.

First three of my charr shorts are now on Webtoons. The rest will follow soon (they need some format adjusting), and so will Frostbound (under a separate series tag), Semper Fidelis and eventually, the pirates!

I feel like I haven't mentioned recently that I really, 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 like designing hybrids, so I am now once again mentioning I really like designing hybrids.
Most of them are part of one of my comics that... happens to have a convenient excuse to make them. And I always want to make more.
