Last 4th there was a festival in the park by my home. There was a dude selling kettle corn colored red, white, and blue. People kept ordering it as “rainbow” kettle corn and he was getting pissed. So I went asked him “how much for the gay popcorn?”

Steak doesn’t really need much of anything. If I want to go “super fancy” I’ll do a blue cheese glaze on occasion, but that’s more for show. I prefer simple.

They play up the “unique” factor, but it actually works well. Think of a berry pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that leans towards a cream cheese. The habanero is subtle; it just gives a zing to the berry flavor.
