oh damn I was only like 5 at the time but I lived in Minnesota and that was when I learned what a hurricane was, didn't know its remnants had made it that far north tho lol

it came in from the east and since i was just a kid too i'd never seen storms from the east. we were in the NE twin cities that always gets nailed the hardest and i remember the next day our 6' wooden fence was torn up & flopped by a funnel cloud that came down & barely missed our house
