yeah, i have zero proof and it’s pure speculation but the last 5/6 years has shown me that the dumbest human beings have been making all of our decisions based on mistakes and/or overthinking

That used to upset me a lot until I realize that when it comes to being able to make decisions, it's better to acquire power 1st and then knowledge later. No one is going to listen to the smartest person in the room, but they sure as hell are gonna listen to the boss. Took me nearly 40 yrs to learn

i live in the core of SF. I’m completely cynical about the shoplifting drama tales but also my husband and i have firsthand witnessed what are fairly described as raids on these stores - people sweeping entire shelves of goods into trash bags or running out with pallet loads. scary to work there.
