They DO emit radiation-this article doesn't have it but the testimony we used, it's higher than the level from x-rays. www.nrc.gov/about-nrc/ra... And there has NEVER been an environmentally safe way to dispose of waste. cen.acs.org/environment/...

sorry, but it is just not true that nuclear plants emit significant amounts of radiation into the atmosphere. as you would have seen, they are monitored to make sure that they don't. people living near nuclear plants absorb far less radiation from them than they do getting a single x-ray that year.
