What if Biden used his official powers to have the IRS, FBI, and DOJ investigate the Supreme Court justices to find out every penny they’ve ever taken from anyone, ever? Enforcing corruption laws is under his authority. And you can’t question his motive at all.

SCOTUS actually doesn't have any enforcement power, no command of any law enforcement agency. The only way their decisions hold is ppl & other branches of gov't have deferred to them. Pres does have enforcement powers. I keep thinking somewhere in there there's something to be done... Wishful?

The Court ruling today is terrible but expected. I will just gently remind everyone that the election hasn’t happened yet. We shouldn’t assume the worst outcome as a foregone conclusion. That only encourages more apathy than many are already feeling.

Treason in the U.S. is very carefully defined as requiring a declared war & actions in favor of the enemy. I think it wld be sedition. Since DOJ didn't charge it already I'm guessing they didn't feel they had the evidence to get a conviction. Or need to gather more.

Absolutely infuriating that we have no infrastructure to notify the population of these trends. City public health departments should be monitoring local wastewater and sending alerts to the entire population when it crosses a specific threshold.

Like I said, the article doesn't have the info I did. I didn't keep files on the experts who testified for us but I wrote the briefs using their figures on amounts in the atmosphere. But sure, all the research & experts we used for our cases I'm sure pale in comparison to your superior knowledge.

I did nuclear power plant cases years ago & keep poking around now & then to see if (1) they've ever figured out how to safely dispose of the waste and (2) anything has changed about the radiation emissions into the atmosphere. So far, nope no change. I'm a Dem, but this doesn't seem green to me
