Ooo that’s tough. I really enjoy The Dark Knight, The Prestige, Inception, & Oppenheimer. I don’t know I can choose a fave out of these. I saw Dark Knight on a big IMAX screen & seeing Oppenheimer in IMAX on 70 mm. Gosh that was so memorable.

I ended up leaving after that since the store manager didn’t want to do anything about it. Once I found out the rumors she started I didn’t feel I had worth since that store manager liked her more due to favoritism even though other assistant managers told me how they wanted to back me up.

Also, found out from a manager that during her interview for the same position I applied for & got years later that she told them I shouldn’t get it & how she deserved it more. That manager didn’t like her work ethic & gossip.

I think I’m one of the few that hate gossip & drama.It’s awful that people enjoy badmouthing people.Ex-best friend did that when we both didn’t know we applied to the same place & ended up working together.Always wondered why people there didn’t like me.Found out years later she spread lies about me

Thank you. I appreciate this a whole lot. I’m so thankful for therapy so much. I really should have gone so much sooner. Definitely would have helped out when I was in high school and even after. I’m actually looking forward to today even though it’ll be a long shift at work.

I recently stopped going to therapy due to insurance reasons. I’m hoping to land this new job I applied for so I can get benefits back & it would be a M-F morning as well.

She was a very toxic person imo. Very controlling, self centered it seemed, etc. I do not know for certain if she was a narcissist, but I think she might have been.

I finally went to therapy in 2019 before the pandemic hit. I learned a lot during that time especially about my childhood & how that affected me. I was working with my therapist on how to reconnect with my mom since she was very ill & I blocked her from reaching me.

I appreciate that. It feels like once this little bump is over I’ll be burning that bridge myself. It’s just so mentally draining & I just can’t deal/put up w/ it anymore. I always wondered why my 1 aunt on my mom’s side left & kept distance. Now, I think I fully understand & can empathize w/ her

It very much has felt that way growing up. I honestly blame my mother. I really believe she was a narcissist. It seemed like she made everything about her. Definitely learned a lot from my therapist on my childhood experience not being great & how majorly that can affect you.

I honestly do not know why I bother anymore. I mentioned to my dad & this sister my recent interview & how I’m hopeful I get it. They both seemed to brush it off. Like gee thanks. Makes me not feel supportive at all. Makes me not want to share what I’m doing or even be apart of the family.

Not sure how many times I have to address Sundays are not possible since that’s the one day we do not have the staff for me to be off. Yet it’s the only day that works for the rest of the family. Sorry I can’t be there due to having a job that requires me to work weekends.

Yet she makes it out like I’m lecturing her & what to do. Along with making it a big deal. I didn’t. Sure I’m bummed things aren’t planned accordingly again like always. Maybe it’s due to I’m tired of hearing how I’m never there. The kids are sad they never see their aunt. You never see us.

We went to the city for Christkindlmarket. Sure symptoms were not as bad as the first time, but do I really want to possibly chance it again & be off work again when I really can’t afford to be. Not actually lecturing. Just sharing information.

Also, 2nd time I got it. Guess what. I was vaccinated & boosted. Wore a mask. Was outside. Still got it. We all did. Guess she forgot that when we met up w/ our brother & his family that flew in to spend time together since he hardly can see us due to military.

Like goodness. I could have changed my mind. You all get upset when I hardly see you which is mostly due to work since I’m never notified of family parties until literally 2 days before & schedule is made. It’s not like I can whip together & be off.

I then stated information from our local health department how if exposed how it should be handled. That’s when my sister was like “what’s the big deal you said you weren’t coming?” “Our family is vaccinated” “we were outside” “don’t lecture me” “don’t want to be mean but”

Yesterday my dad texted the family & stated everyone should still come. I basically stated well I’m not coming then. I don’t want the risk. I had Covid twice. I didn’t want to have to possibly call off work which I can’t afford nor do I want to be a carrier.

They gave him the Covid pill. Then sent home & was supposed to be on oxygen for 2-3 weeks. Hospital couldn’t keep him since they needed rooms for more urgent patients. Now, he regrets taking the Covid pill which probably saved his life. He thinks Covid is a scam etc.

Most recently my one sister the has 4 kids under 6 was recently exposed to Covid from her husband’s family party for the 4th. She informed us of this for our own family get together. My dad originally planned to cancel due risk of exposure himself. When he had it he was hospitalized.

I was constantly told that I was too young & my opinions didn’t matter. Now, it’s you’re not a mom so don’t talk and can you not lecture me. And they wonder why I don’t want to hang out or be around them.

My family mentally exhausts me…. Especially when they say I’m lecturing them or tell them what they should/shouldn’t do… When they say this line, “not trying to be mean but…” Um no. You are though. You have my whole life.
