I and my N95 were just at a Stanford Med building before the holiday. At least my doc was wearing a surgical mask, but very few others were masked at all. I have to admit, there is a social pressure to not mask I feel out in the world, but NOT in a medical building, of all places.

I recently lived in the Bay, and it was one of the places where there are always at least a few people wearing masks in public. It's weird how the number of masks and the attitude around them is really colored by region.
