People using watermelon emoji (🍉) as a symbol for Palestine because the colors match the flag. IIRC it started long ago (non-emoji) because of Israel banning the flag as hate speech or something along those lines

Before the Nakba, Palestine was famous for its watermelons. So when Israel banned display of the red, green, black & white Palestinian flag, images of watermelons became a substitute.
