Here is "The Canaries" report that warns, in great detail, about the dangers, risks, and damage arising from gross economic unfairness in the UK. (Named for the canaries used to warn of dangerous gas levels in coal mines, not the islands off the coast of Africa.)

P.S. Just to be clear, coal miners were not heartless bastards. Here is a miners' canary cage. If the gas level rose to the point where the canary fainted, oxygen was used to revive it.
