A cybercrime story worth reading: Connor Jones' case study of physical and emotional harm caused by a cyber attack. As a cybersecurity veteran I think we should have been doing more to expose the wide ramifications of inadequate cybercrime deterrence; these include damage to our lives and wellbeing.

Good Morning UK! What an amazing election that was! Here's just one example: my very excellent local Labour MP, Taiwo Owatemi, who gained her seat by a slim margin of just 208 votes in 2019, was re-elected with a majority of 11,000!

Love your analysis of this report, but bear in mind that AI is only the latest digital technology to enable the breaking of, and from, reality, in ways that can advance selfish ends. There is a straight line from pirating music and movies to phishing, fake websites, and scamming with cloned voices.

Had a fun "Senior Alumni Afternoon Tea" at my high school yesterday. The headmaster gave a talk about how the school is doing, including the mental heatlh support programme for students. This drew both praise and laughter because some of the "masters" who taught us in the 60s were clearly deranged.
