Which "they?" NYC jury? Nope. They might dither about 34 counts but he'll be found guilty is my bet. Sensible (read: non-hysterical resistance types) I've heard say he's likely to be sentenced to probation–first-time offender, non violent, etc. Appeal to last 18 months if he loses election.
