tried a "power yoga" class and just about survived, laughing really hard at past-me a few months ago looking at this same one and saying "I could take it" when it would have 100% killed me

It’s serious business. I used to do the classes all the time in university and recently found a video series like the ones I did on YouTube and it kicked my ass from here to kingdom come
