Why was anybody expecting a decision? SCOTUS obviously set this up as too important to decide before the November election. Biden wins, no immunity. Trump wins, they don't have to decide the case at all because he'll terminate it on day one.

Forcing a kid with a sensory disorder to eat things he dreads, or shaming him for refusing foods is cruel and harmful. Progress comes gradually with patience. And I need to work harder to introduce new foods without pressure or judgement, too. Parents of typical kids are the worst.

Inflation really is a massive kick in the balls, especially since the current version has especially afflicted the things we buy every day. That said, I'm 63 and the economy has been far worse in much scarier ways during my lifetime. So I think media hype is a significant part of the picture.
