Right. You could say the hackery in the Dobbs opinion and the support for overthrowing the constitutional order are both disqualifying, but they are definitely not the same thing.

I'm definitely not intending to do that. I'm just worried that, as with Trump, we fixate on side issues instead of clearer evidence that he's awful. In articles about the flag story, it would be preferable to connect the facts to other indicia of Alito's radical views.
