I'm ok though. I've been pain free for the most part of this past year. But in looking after #spicypurrito recently (giving her butt baths, making sure she eats and drinks, cleaning up her accidents, etc) I wasn't careful with myself, sooo here we are. I knew I wouldn't have a peaceful two weeks. 🙃

I tell everyone my availability is from 10am to 11am, then from 2:30pm to 3pm. My calendar is otherwise, blocked even when I don't have anything else going on. Those are about the only times I have the energy to deal with meetings and other people and know I wont be instantly annoyed. 😬
