Friendly reminder that your chronic pain friends are likely medicating to a point they can function rather than medicating to be pain free. I haven’t had a pain free day in like 20 years not counting the times I’ve been post surgery and medicated to the gills.

My partner is always shocked i won’t take panadol for mild headaches but if i took panadol ever time I had a slight pain I would ruin my kidneys
