"Terrorists don't have rights." "Criminals have no rights." "Immigrants have no rights." Everybody has rights, or they're not rights. Privileges granted on the sufferance of the state aren't rights. They aren't protection, they're a threat to ensure compliance.

The SCOTUS ruling refers to acts performed by the president and not the military or DHS agencies that might be deployed by his orders, but 1) this same SCOTUS will 100% say there's a presumption all such orders are lawful (how could they not be, now???) and 2) he can pardon.
