What is actually maddening to me right now is that One Piece has a huge fan base and there are only a handful of us that see within this show well enough to be motivated. If you watch One Piece, you should be mad and motivated enough to know we can force the change we need.

Questions to help process intense emotions 1) What is the adverse emotion I am feeling? 2) At what point in this scenario was I triggered? 3) Can I find a solution to this or do I need help? 4) How do I learn to hold myself accountable if I hurt someone when I get triggered?

Treat motivation is the best thing to use for something like this. 😊 I would give my dog a wait command, pet the other dog while issuing another wait command, gave my dog the treat for waiting, then pet my dog, and id switch back and forth to train them to wait for my affection one at a time.

Awe she's a cutie 😊 but I totally get it. We rescued our AmStaff after a friend suddenly passed away and are looking for a buddy for him cuz he was raised in a pack. He had so much anxiety when we first got him that he used to run from bugs, he's better now.

Before I understood what type of material corduroy was, I thought if you walked too fast you'd catch fire. I was also 9 and thought if you rubbed your hands too hard they'd catch fire too. I had just learned about friction 😂

I wish more of us were mad enough. Like I'm mad enough to... But more of us need to be that way cuz we really need to do something about these problems. People need to realize the desire to fix these problems doesn't just have to stay a desire. We don't have to wish for change, we can force it.
