I think you're directing your anger in the wrong direction. Someone at the DHSC ordered vast quantities of PPE. This company, an experienced supplier, supplied the order and was paid for it. Someone should have realised that we had too much, and perhaps donated it to other countries in need?

I can't get worked up about it. The company was asked to supply an amount of equipment. Unlike some of these contracts they honoured it and delivered equipment that was compliant with requirements. This is on the DHSC. (Also that image is after the govt sold the excess to a lowest bidder)
