When I was doonprep I’d say a timer on my phone for 15 min and sip a glass of prep over that time, then wait 15 min then drink the next glass. I was drinking clear soda like Starry or 7Up while I was at it to have something else taste/texture-wise since the prep had a unique feel to it

Well dang I did prep twice this year but for some reason wasn’t hungry either time. I even made 3 things of jello and got acceptable popsicles and barely touched the stuff What’s your human drain-o? The “jug” or powder divided among some Gatorade bottles?

Sure is a big difference in the number of steps one gets on a normal working day commuting by bike than on the Friday when you run over a roofing tack and have to walk most of the way home. Even more steps the next day walking the wheel to the shop for a new tube
