Why aren't we hearing about the convicted felon who is Biden's main opponent. Because hubby had CNN on I unintentionally heard bit of debate, including tRump completely NOT addressing a question, and not being called out on it, although Biden was for not answering his question more directly.

So just a couple of weeks after masking dropped in all medical settings hubby's dental appointment rescheduled owing to staff out sick and lack of staff at the dental clinic. Coincidence?

Don't be silly. You don't know how many people may see you "zooming while driving" and think you're demonstrating that it's safe to do so. Maybe next time clarify the context (e.g. it was like listening to the radio?) to protect the ignorant? Peace!

Just noticed this is, to the day, three years since my first (of 8) covid vax. Then Pfizer, today Novavax. Which, they told me at the pharmacy we'd made some effort to get to, is "not recommended" by Health Canada.

We used to play until everyone had used as many tiles as they could, not just to rule that first one to use all tiles was the winner. When a kid my girlfriends and I played Monopoly cooperatively, so we could all stay in the game. (Hubby says he and his brothers played extremely competitively).

The shadowsare different. The sun makes circles, except when in partial eclipse and then it makes crescents. Best when there are summer leaves but I saw this effect today through conifer branches.

Cool! We have passenger ferries in our city (Halifax Nova Scotia) and a service coming soon to connect a third community (mainly to reduce commuter car use) will use electric ferries. Presumably existing ferries will be replaced with electric as they age out.

So measles is in Canada and is very transmissible. We don't really know the vaccination status of our country except that the rate of vaccination is no longer high enough to keep measles out of many communities. Time for schools to get serious about good ventilation.

People in NS are considering crossing border into NB to get Novavax. And to get covid vax in less than the year some age groups have to wait in NS. Apparently only three months in France! You'd have to pay me big bucks to cross border to US these days medical care or not.
