The headline literally does not blame Biden. It points to world events beyond his (or presumably any president's) control. "President has faced obstacles in achieving his goals" is not bias -- I'm sure a Republican could read this as favoritism explaining away his failures.

The media is regulated by rich people, following the grand tradition of Sam Adams. But really if Dems could only ween off of bombing civilians in African /Middle Eastern country with drones, rockets, ordinance, maybe they wouldn’t have as much trouble having peace in the world.
