@andybehrens.bsky.social is 100% correct about pandas being overrated and completely unable to function in nature. I have been to the panda sanctuary outside Chengdu, China, where they literally have a breeding center because PANDAS ARE TOO LAZY TO HAVE SEX! They would be extinct without human aid.

That's typically the opposite of the meaning of the term "dual edged sword." It COULD be a dual edged sword, wherein Biden abuses his power (for good, or at least less bad than Republicans) because SCOTUS said he can. But he just said he won't.
