DOC dickheads...there are many ways this could have been resolved temporarily until 2035 - fines or prison are none of them... Note Extinction Minister Potaka's backbone failure...

Bit surprised by this as he has worked closely with DOC and the Bay Area Office for decades and nga hapu will get these islands back at some point in the not to distant future I would imagine. This wouldn't have happened under the old guard.
