I wish this were the case, but this is in part what I find dangerous about scoping this outside communities/relationships. When it comes to institutions/power to get the policies/court decisions, we have not had that luxury. On avg we have more of an opportunity now then ever before to demand that.

I am not really sure what you mean by "consideration" in which context because almost literally any policy/court effort I have seen has involved some level of consideration to mild supporters and weak opponents. I agree that sympathy isn't relevant to the personal or political per se.

I think i agree with this in so far as one might call us "enemies." However, there is a fair bit of spectrum between friends and enemies and some folks at "find them distastful" and "I find what they are doing disgusting, but isn't my business" have worked with us even just on a court decision

I think this is certainly a reasonable reaction to the state of things, but I am also sympathetic to the artists trying to make a living highlighting what cells. I cringe every time an artist produces against the template, but clearly gets them less engagement.
