You can use the Xerces Society web site to learn all about how to increase the presence of butterflies in your yard. Which native plants attract which insects and tons of good solid information. Do donate to them if you can, they're awesome.

The Xerces Society is great, and I rave about them to all my horticulturally inclined acquaintances. Also, I wish I could manifest an extinct butterfly. But those are very different drives.
