It is of course an obscenity that Cambodia has to rely on donations to the NGO-industrial complex to have a chance, maybe, in an other 30 years, not still be littered with explosives. This is the world that Henry Kissinger built and was celebrated for.

I made a donation to a mineclearing org in Laos. Visited Laos years ago. Ppl are still dying, ppl being primarily farmers and playing children.
