In addition to "block, don't engage," I'd add "if the replies are rancid, just delete the post." If you feel the need you can post "other post deleted, rancid vibes" but you don't have to. Deleting your own posts isn't defeat. It's curation. It's a social skill. It's self-care. Normalize it.
