Yeah you front plate state folks have some interesting ways of skirting the requirement (on dash, magnets, retractable plates, etc). So glad I don't have to deal with that. You could probably credit Audi with being the first automaker to really embrace the situation.

The Euro plate does lend itself better to design. Some of the cars that incorporate it actually look worse when it's not there.
