“What action can we take about this thing?” The only LEGAL thing you can do is vote and hope the people you vote in take measures such as passing responsive legislation/expand the court/etc. instead of immediately fellating a corporate lobbyist after getting assigned a congressional office.

Like yeah, that answer isn’t fun but at this moment in time and space it is the only LEGAL course of action, because even protest is unlikely to influence the current band of corporate testicle-fondlers in office anymore past blasé platitudes meant merely to keep us from boiling over temporarily.

Nothing Biden can do cannot be undone if Orange asshole gets back in. Plus, Biden surrounds himself with people that actually give a damn about the country and democracy-so they likely won’t go along with anything anyway. Voting is the only thing we can do, it really is up to us. So BRING FRIENDS.

Not the ONLY legal thing. Our ejected representatives need to yo be pushed to do the right thing. We can call, write, email, turn up at clinics and town halls, make it known and heard that we need deep and fundamental change and that their job depends on getting it done. Contact is effective!
