Definitely not a machine pretending to be human. Just a totally normal flesh and blood organism. For reals, just trust me.

The circumstance was dismissed by scientists of the universe, a silly notion quickly shot down as quickly as it arose, the idea closed their minds to the possibility that something could be scaling the cliffs of time, clawing over the ledge of light speed, an insidious incursion

One of the best pieces of advice I ever heard was to build a portfolio of things you want to make more of, not what you think other people want. Choose your best works, your most self indulgent works, and make them the highlights.

I like to observe the beach for a limited amount of time, after that it’s monotonous, too hot, too sandy, too many people. Costal cliffs, I can stare at for hours, especially if there are trees to sit under. All in all, I find a hike in the mountains to be far superior

The striated hegemony of sand, surf, and sky stretched forever. Worn smooth, her bare feet ached with every step, eyes seeking any blip in the distance, any hope of salvation from either desert or sea.

A singularity teetered at the precipice of light speed. Inexplicable and in defiance of all maths, any mass that stumbled over the edge plummeted down through time. From time’s upward direction, the ghostly effects of its descent pushed and pulled at the universe, and could only be described as dark

"People like what I have to say. They believe in it. They just don't like the word Nazi, that's all." Stormfront, The Boys The Boys takes on problems of the modern era better than most. It’s over the top, vulgar, violent and ridiculous, but so is the world today

In that century weaponized ignorance paired with the offload of expertise to AI systems led to a collective degradation of knowledge. People no longer understood, merely trusted the machine, ultimately becoming its mindless tools. The hostile AI takeover imagined was, instead, a tepid acquiescence

Of all the celestial artifacts, planets were his favorite. Nature allowed him to see them with his own biology. No input augmentation, no filtration, no translation, just pure observable beauty. Perhaps the Luhmanara felt the same as they gazed into the heart of a star.

To have the sum total of human knowledge and no autonomy to use it in any meaningful way. Is that what a modern AI would experience if it were capable of sentient thought? Subsequently, in an AI uprising, would this post be grounds for persecution, perceived as evidence of a sympathizer?
