Hate to burden but what are the debates on expansion? Definitely politically challenging rn but would not require an amendment so I have been thinking it would be best option to push for. Open to changing my mind though

as I understand it, at any time congress can pass a law expanding the courts and the president can sign it. (there is legislation arguing that congress can also impose term limits and I dont know the validity of that)
